I ordered, called to return them & order correct ones & they emailed me and I’ve been trying to reach them to send back & order new ones but still haven’t heard anything back.

So I have ordered MGP caliper covers before for my 2021 WRX and they fit perfectly, I road on them for years and zero issues. I traded my WRX in for a VW and when I got the calipers it was SO hard to get them on for the right back wheel and the once I finally did the rest clipped on with ease. Except then I started hearing a scraping noise on my front driver's side wheel and the clip must've gotten loose. I had to switch the top and bottom clip and then it was no problem at all.

I'm not sure why this go around it was so difficult because installation is usually super easy.

I'll just chalk this up to being an anomaly. Once they are installed correctly you are right as rain I assure you, it's just getting there than can be a real headache.

I recently purchased red brake caliper covers. They have literally transformed my car! I catch myself turning around to just stare at my car when getting out to just admire how they make my car look! MGP has a great product and I have already recommended MGP to several friends. Thanks again for an amazing brake caliper!

The front fit perfectly, but the clips they sent for the back had to be trimmed to fit in the tiguan brake housing, easy fix but if you didn't know how to trim it you would be mad..

I ordered some caliper covers for my 2020 VW Tiguan. I filled out my car's specs online, which they made very easy. Unfortunately, when I received the covers, I realized they did not fit. I tried contacting MGP several times and they wouldn't respond. Wouldn't answer phones, wouldn't get back to me via their website (I left my contact info and a message through their site), and even sent a direct message through instagram. Eventually, someone contacted me via email, requesting pictures and details. The representative was actually very helpful. I live near their warehouse and he offered to have someone install the covers for me. I took my car and they realized the specific trim of my vehicle required different size covers. They manually modified my covers and installed them quickly. Overall, very helpful team, but it took a while to get some customer service.
