How Custom Caliper Covers Are Made
MGP grew from a small garage operation into a USA manufacturer that builds thousands of custom caliper covers every month. Here is what happens between your design and your driveway.
Step by step
Designing Your Set
1. Choose your finish
Pick a standard color, upgrade to a custom powder coat, or paint-match your vehicle with your paint name and code or VIN. The on-screen color is a preview, not an exact match.
2. Customize your engraving
Choose a licensed logo, an MGP-approved design, custom text in your choice of font, or upload your own logo (a .png with a transparent background works best). Then pick the engraving color.
3. Add or remove bolts
The bolts across the top of each cover are engraved as part of the design. Keep them or remove them.
4. Review and confirm
Check your mockup, your vehicle and every detail, then add to cart. Custom orders are made to order and cannot be returned.

Each cover starts as 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, is TIG welded, powder coated, engraved and sealed with a clear coat.

Custom sets take about 2 weeks to make. You get tracking the day your order ships.

Free ground shipping to the lower 48. Stainless steel clips attach to your calipers, and most installs take under an hour.

No. The engraving and bolt colors in the customizer are the colors we stock, and they can change with availability. If you upload an image instead of choosing an engraving, more color options are available through L.I.T. printing.
Choose the custom color option, then enter your paint name and paint code, or your VIN. For any other automotive color, find the PPG paint name and manufacturer code at ppgpaintit.com. Add your VIN at checkout so we can confirm the match.
Our team will work with you to refine it for the best engraving result.
Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. To request a change, use our contact form with your order number. Once an order is in production, a $25 revision fee may apply if it has to be remade.
Custom covers are made for you and cannot be returned, unless our tech support team approves a return after troubleshooting. See our FAQs for the full return policy.
Yes. All MGP products bought direct carry a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
