That's exactly what happened when MGP founder Mike Barland upgraded the wheels on his vehicle. The new wheels looked great, but they also exposed something he'd rather not see: plain, unfinished factory brake calipers.
At the time, the options were pretty limited. Paint the calipers, spend a fortune upgrading the brakes, or just live with the way they looked.
Mike had a better idea.
In 2008, MGP Caliper Covers was born in San Diego, California, introducing a whole new way to finish the look behind the wheel.

Making caliper covers look good was only part of the equation. They also needed to fit properly, attach securely, clear factory components, and be easy to install.
