MGP builds each cover from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, then CNC machines, TIG welds and powder coats it in Southern California. Brake hardware can change by model year, trim and drivetrain, so each of the three sets fits a specific range of RDX models. Officially Licensed Caliper Covers
MGP is the only officially licensed caliper cover manufacturer, and its Acura designs are officially licensed by Honda. All three RDX part numbers offer the Acura logo, the RDX name and the i-VTEC graphic, each CNC engraved into the aluminum. Pair a licensed logo with a standard color for a factory-inspired finish, or choose an unbranded style with no logo on the cover.
Custom Colors, Logos & Engravings
All RDX sets come in Red, Black and Yellow. Blue and White are offered on select applications, so standard colors vary by application. The MGP Customizer adds Premium Colors, custom text and patterns. Logos can be CNC engraved and filled with contrasting automotive paint, or printed with LIT digital printing. In-stock standard sets ship the next business day. Custom and backordered sets ship in about 2 weeks (10 business days).
Easy Bolt-On Installation
Vehicle-specific clips and MGP's patented stainless-steel fastening system hold each cover with no drilling and no glue. Most installations take under an hour with basic tools, including wheel removal. Follow your kit's installation guide and torque the RDX's wheels to factory spec. It can. Different RDX model years and trims, such as A-Spec and SH-AWD, can use different brake hardware. Select the correct submodel and answer any Vehicle Notes so the selector shows the set made for your SUV.
Possibly. Wheel diameter, spoke shape and offset all affect fit, and covers need about 3 mm of clearance between the caliper and the inside of the wheel. Check the minimum wheel size listed on the product page before you order.

They can help block some brake dust from reaching the wheel face. Brake dust is still produced, so normal wheel cleaning is still needed. The covers are cosmetic and do not add stopping power or change how your RDX brakes.
