We will only accept returns on standard sets (non-custom) that are in like-new condition. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact Customer Service at 877-995-0003 to obtain a RMA number and instructions on how to return. Please have your order number available.
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted or processed. RMA's will be honored for 30 days from the date of issue. After that time, the RMA will expire and not be accepted or processed.
Returns requested after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
