Before you buy, check your wheel. You will need clearance between wheel and caliper of 1/8 of an inch minimum.
Materials
MGP Caliper Covers are laser cut from 6061-T6 Aerospace aluminum, hydraulically formed to fit stock brake caliper configuration. Bridge union is TIG welded for strength. Patent Pending fastening system is manufactured from 300 series Stainless Steel and secured with a star lock washer.
Design
Computer Aided Design (CAD) lends itself to a custom form fit allowing for wheel clearance, rotor clearance and easy installation.
CNC Machining
Graphics are applied using CNC high speed machining techniques and special cutting tools.
Finish
Powder Coating final finish is used for its toughness and durability. -Red, Black and Satin sets
Custom paint is polyurethene matched to your car's paint code.
Installation
Installation is approximately 10 minutes per wheel. No drilling, no grinding, no tape or adhesive (see plastic caliper covers) no paint, no cleaning, no messy prep work. All you need is a jack, lug wrench, 3/8 wrench and 1 hour of extra time.
Custom engraving is available for an additional charge.
Please contant us if you don't see your paint code listed, we can accomodate you. When you check out there is a field to fill in what you would like your custom engraving to say. For specific instructions or a digital image of the graphic you would like to supply, email info@calipercovers.com.
The paint code for your car can be found on the inside door jam. On the label bottom it'll say PNT:XXX where XXX is your paint code.
Allow 2-3 weeks for order to be processed.
**Custom paint fill is only available when ordering custom engraving or paint.
